Chüra d'uffants Engiadina Bassa

Chüra d’uffants is an association providing childcare for 0–5-year-olds in the lower Engadine Region in Switzerland. In order to be able to expand the offer and to eliminate disadvantages of the current location, a new building is to be constructed next to retirement home.

Together with a co-author I developed a business plan including a financial plan for the association, to outline how this new daycare could be realized. This plan serves as important document in discussions with potential funders.
